GAT Airline Ground Support and Strategic Aviation

Kelowna, BC, June 17th, 2019 – Strategic Aviation Holdings (“SAH” or “the Company”) is excited to announce it has joined with GAT Airline Support (“GAT”) to form a new, unified solution for ground handling services in Canada and the US.   GAT anticipates closing on the acquisition of SAH on June 28, 2019, allowing the Company to continue offering an ever-broadening range of passenger, catering, and ground support services to Canadian businesses in the airline industry. SAH has two operating entities, Strategic Aviation Services and Sky Café. Both these businesses will continue to operate under their current brands and be identified as a GAT company.

Established in 2006, Strategic Aviation Services Ltd. is a multi-functional aviation services company offering passenger, cargo and ground support with a focus on safety and quality at 16 Airports in Canada. Sky Café is an airline catering company that was launched in 2014 as part of Strategic Holdings portfolio and operates at 10 airports across Canada. Based in Kelowna BC, Strategic Aviation Holdings Ltd operates at 22 Airports in Canada with over 1200 employees.
