Our Approach to Training

To achieve excellence in the services we provide, we understand the need to properly train and prepare our staff. By providing extensive onboarding and consistent recurrent training, we are equipping our staff with the tools they need to accomplish their jobs safely and confidently. Properly trained employees help to reduce the risk of accidents while improving our ability to deliver on our commitments.

All initial training of new staff is conducted over a course of 4 to 5 days, and consists of practical and written classroom work, as well as on-site job shadowing under the supervision of the trainer. During the training period, new employees are provided with all airline-related training materials, as well as information about our company and employment expectations.

All courses are delivered by certified trainers from within the company. Strategic Aviation is fortunate to have the ability to train large numbers of staff at one of our central locations as well as in the field, ensuring a smooth transition during station start-ups at new locations.
